There are probably more sushi bars in Berlin than there are Japanese people. And the lack of qualified Japanese personnel in the city means that you'll often find Korean chefs moonlighting in Japanese establishments. After a series of highly publicised scandals about bad fish in sushi kitchens, Berliners have become much more particular about which sushi bars they patronise. Sushi fans can, however, rest assured that the sushi and sashimi in this restaurant is fresh and of the highest quality.
