When this impressive brick building was constructed in the late 19th Century, it was used as a water service facility for the Alt-Moabit district, and its lofty factory space was filled with tanks. In 1987, the factory was closed and the building taken in an entirely new direction. This major event center is often rented out for big-name concerts, gala receptions, and social events.
