Davies-Reid Gallery

Asian textiles and jewelry
415 South Eighth Street
Boise, ID 83702
United States

This sleek, elegant gallery gives downtown Boise an exotic air. Luscious Oriental carpets and tribal rugs are prominently featured. The gallery, through a connection with a refugee weavers program, contributes its own line of handmade Turkish rugs, made from vegetable dyes. The gallery also displays Asian antique furnishings, accessories and jewelry. All of these items are found on the owners' yearly Asian excursions.

Vista Village

Boise's first shopping center
800 Vista Avenue
Boise, ID 83705
United States
+1 208 342 3528
Boasting the honor of being Boise's original shopping center, this older outdoor strip mall has been overshadowed by Boise Towne Square Mall, Karcher Mall, and Boise Factory Outlet Mall. However, its proximity to downtown Boise makes it an excellent resource. It is also home to several outstanding stores like outdoor specialists Intermountain Outdoor Sports and woodworking headquarters, Woodcraft Supply. Located between the Boise Train Depot and the Boise Airport, the mall also hosts the Antique Village and Needle Works Studio.
