Bologna City of Food is a three-day long annual festival that was first held in the year 2003. It was this city that gave the food world delicacies like Lasagna, Mortadella, Bollito Misto, Tortellini and much more. If you want to taste these the traditional way, you would find them in the streets and squares of the city during the festival.
