Located in Cambridge's Central Square, Asmara is a good bet for diners seeking an introduction to Ethiopian cuisine. Communal tables lend a casual air to the hands-on dining experience in which injera, a spongy Ethiopian flatbread, replaces traditional American utensils. Entrees include an interesting assortment of marinated beef, chicken, lamb and vegetable dishes. A children's menu tones down the exotic flavors. A great buffet lunch is offered Monday to Friday.
