Cinnamon, clove and cardamom rule the kitchen at this Tunisian dining establishment near Central Square. The chef's creative use of these savory spices results in a subtle balance of flavor. Goat cheese, ginger, lentils and roasted red chilies are just a few of the unusual ingredients used to accent traditional lamb, beef and couscous entrees. The small dining area is intimate and can feel crowded when busy. Save room for dessert—the cafe owner is a former pastry chef.
