Carmen is considered by many as one of the city's best known secrets. Now This has its up side and its down side. The upside is that you don't have to go far to experience a really nice Euro-Italian meal, the down side is that you may have to wait – especially on a weekend – for your chance to sit at a table in this big little place, even with a reservation.
