Punter's is a laid-back college dive bar with cheap beer and liquor conveniently located near Northeastern University and Wentworth College. It draws in a more relaxed crowd. Not really a hangout for undergraduates, the place caters mainly to graduate and law students looking to unwind after hitting the books for hours. There's no kitchen at Punter's, but a hole in the wall connects to University House of Pizza for convenient food service. Bottom line: Punter's provides a low-key night out, which may be preferable on some nights. -Caitlin Fahey
