This Beacon Hill pub is full of history (complete with pictures depicting the original Scollay Square) and it's affordable. The inexpensive steaks and sandwiches are certainly pleasing to those on a budget. The best prices are on Monday and Tuesday, when the price of chicken wings drops to 10 cents each, although these spicy morsels would be outstanding at any price.
