A venture by the owners of the Tess & Carlos boutique, this 40-seat restaurant screams out fashion! It has a very casual and utilitarian decor; the owner calls it "very modern Milan,". Check out the nails of the waitresses—the owner apparently has hired a manicurist especially for them. Don't forget to order in the midst of all the observations though.
