Diners flock here for the innovative Mediterranean cuisine in a lively, casual atmosphere. The menu emphasizes seafood but also offers red meat. Entrees include squid and octopus in vinaigrette, wood-grilled bass, pan-fried skate, Vermont pheasant wrapped in double smoked bacon and pasta. English also serves his version of the Spanish classic, Paella Olivacious. The restaurant has a full service bar too.
