Once discovered, this place proves to be a jewel for those who like quiet dining without too much fuss. Situated in one of Boston's famous districts, its rustic and toned-down décor appeals to the tired mind. Chef Anthony Susi adds his own creative touch to classic Italian and American dishes, transforming them into contemporary delicacies, while retaining their simplicity. A typical meal would begin with a glass of sparkles or reds from the impressive list, to the accompaniment of Taylor Bay Scallops, Mandarins and Pomegranates. Any of the chicken, venison, tuna and rib dishes would make for a satisfying entrée, while the Warm Chocolate Cake and White Chocolate-Espresso Foam will add a ribbon of sweet delight to the whole meal.
