Chef Gabriel Frasca brings along with him the scents and wafts of Italy, France and Portugal. It would be interesting to note that Frasca was pursuing a career in journalism before sauntering into the foodland. The mood with the lilac sheers and long French windows is exceedingly romantic, but then business meetings are not exactly barred at this fine restaurant. Picked as one of America's 50 Best Hotel Restaurants by "Food and Wine", the veals and continental steaks are on the much recommended list.
