When Boulder is lying beneath two feet of snow, warm up at this Caribbean inspired hot spot. Or, during the summer, you can kick back on the expansive patio and enjoy tropical cuisine. Rhumba's interior looks like something off an artist's canvas. The color scheme shifts from deep tones to bright colors. Spicy jerk items abound on the menu, including vegetarian favorite, jerk tofu.
