A combination of cuisines from Tibet, Nepal and India are served at this wonderful place in Boulder. Earlier a Victorian, the rooms have been converted into dining areas. It houses a bar that serves various imported beers and spicy hot chai. The dishes are unpretentious and authentically Asian. Majority of the dishes offered have various meat choices. Worth a mention are Tibetan momos and the rich lamb vindaloo, which is so soft, it literally melts in the mouth! Amongst the vegeterian options is the creamy green saag garnished with finely chopped spinach. To down this delectable fare is the rich lashi drink, a creamy mix of youghurt with fruits.
