+1 303 440 0220 Organic is not a term normally associated with fine dining, but this "only-in-Boulder" restaurant pulls it off nicely. Brick walls and simple wooden tables and booths manage to create a casual, yet deceptively elegant feel. The Ocean Garden Salad, featuring a sorted mix of "hmm-what-is-this" sea vegetables, sets the tone for what to expect. Chilean Sea Bass and Tempeh Scaloppini are two of the more popular entrees. The bar serves organic beer and wine, and all of the deserts are free of refined sugar.

Spacious tables and comfortable booths make for great perches to dine and read the newspaper. The breakfast menu serves the usual fare of omelets, pancakes and waffles. Lunch options feature burgers, sandwiches, soups and salads. For dinner try the Spit Roasted Natural Chicken or many of the tofu dishes. Coffees, lattes, smoothies and spiced teas dominate the drink list.
