Hidden underneath a large block of flats in Hove, the Bali Brasserie can be difficult to locate. Once inside the building the first port of call is the Bali bar. The decor is quite bizarre as it clearly hasn't altered since the 1970s. The walls are lined with bamboo and plastic flowers and the bar is covered in tiny mirror tiles. Tacky is not the word. You are welcome to stop by for drinks but then you would be missing the food. The restaurant itself is large and more subtle. The staff are dressed in traditional costume to add an authentic feel.
