One and a quarter hour's drive south west from central Brisbane, via Beenleigh and the picturesque Tambourine Village, you will find the historical Queensland style homestead, "Killowen" set among rows of vines neatly on parade. The vineyard has five acres of Chambourcin and Semillon vines. Tastings are a must at the Cellar Door Bar, a restaurant (vine dining!), functions and tours.
