http://www.redland.net.au/redlandstourism 		Wonderfully clear water gushes onto the clean, white sand of Main Beach, as it stretches 32 kilometres along the eastern side of North Stradbroke Island. One of the most popular beaches on the island, surfers and body boarders can always be seen diving under, bobbing between and catching the waves. Main Beach is patrolled every weekend from September to April, and Monday to Friday during school holidays. The headland is ideal for spotting dolphins and manta rays year round, and humpback whales from June to November.
