Teaching Iyengar yoga to strengthen body and mind, and release stress through movement, is the goal of this studio. A variety of poses are taught in each class to work on the circulatory and excretory systems, and improve breathing for a feeling of general well being. Meditation and breathing exercises conclude each class to relieve and soften muscles and relax the mind.
