The centuries-old Hudson Bay Company's local flagship presides over downtown's Stephen Avenue Mall. Its white terra-cotta building boasts five floors of merchandise. The goods run the spectrum from inexpensive house brands to designer duds, often set up in well-defined areas. In other words, Tommy Hilfiger has his space while Mr. Lauren is down and over a bit on the men's wear floor.
