The chefs at the Brasserie are some of the most talented in the city, putting together elegant French dinners. Famous for its flambeaus and seafood, the French atmosphere is played up as much as possible, with imported Parisian decor and servers with French accents charming the customers. The wine list has some North American stock, but the emphasis is definitely on well-aged Old World classics. The Rack of Lamb Provencale and Duck Confit are said to be exceptional, and the dessert menu, featuring Tarte Tatin and ice cream, makes for a fitting end to a well-prepared and well-presented meal.
