Blackfoot is Calgary's best and biggest farmer's market. At this market, local producers are treated like rock stars and it is difficult to enter a stall without being engaged in conversation by one of the friendly merchants. There is everything for sale here, from organic fruits and veggies (don't miss the Hotchkiss tomatoes!), meat pies, cheese, delicious Mennonite sausages, crafts, fresh herbs and flowers.
