The spare, elegant lines of Buddha's provide few distractions from the wide variety of Asian-influenced vegetarian dishes on its menu. About 20 tables dressed in simple red and white provide ample room for up to 100 people to enjoy many pure vegetarian meals, some of which feature meat substitutes so convincing in flavor and texture, you would swear it was the real thing. The servers are prompt and efficient, and customers never have to wait long to find tables or order meals. Because every meal is vegetarian or vegan, prices for comparable servings are less expensive than in restaurants with meat in their dishes.
