Inhabiting the historic Burns Building, this restaurant is a perfect spot to enjoy Calgary's contribution to world cuisine: fine steaks. The menu features an array of contemporary entrees including rack of lamb, salmon, and chicken breast. The focus here, however, is beef. Drinkwaters offers three different cuts of Alberta AAA Beef in portions ranging from petite 6oz portions to impressive 14oz steaks.
