Presentation is everything at Hana Sushi, where preparation and attention to detail characterize all of their food. The fish is cut generously into thick slices, with none of the spare servings usually associated with sushi houses. The specialty of the house is the lacquered Bento Box, which contains noodles, a salad, a meat dish, sushi and a rice dish. It provides a full meal for even the largest eater.
