The locals consider Hy's a Calgary institution. Dinner for two will run you about fifty dollars though, so it's not for the budget conscious. Richly decorated in reds and gold with opulent carpeting underfoot, Hy's is upscale without being ostentatious. If you are looking to spoil yourself or someone you love, take them to Hy's for some of the best steak in the province.
