This downtown pub is one of Calgary's friendliest watering holes. Under subdued lights and ceilings draped in fishing nets, Murph offers pool tables, dart boards and enough television screens to catch whatever game is on. In addition to the expected pub grub—burgers, sandwiches, steaks and finger foods—the menu features seafood, classic pasta dishes and pizzas are that reputed to be among the city's best. They also have an enormous breakfast menu, and Murph opens early to serve omelettes and such to morning diners. There is live music on weekends. Review © 2009, Wcities |
