Though restaurants open and close along trendy Fourth Street with alarming frequency, this tiny Greek bistro manages to persist. Charm and great food seem to go a long way. Painted in the welcoming light blue wash that typifies Greek restaurants, Paros offers diners classic dishes that are lovingly prepared. The menu includes appetizers, salads and main dishes such as keftides, lamb paidaika, souvlaki and shish kebabs.
