The Rimrock Room at the Palliser Hotel serves quite possibly the best brunch in Calgary, featuring unusual and flavorful cuisine such as roasted curry potatoes, bay scallop ceviche and chipotle rice. There is also a good selection of traditional brunch and dinner fare, as well as desserts prepared by pastry chef Victoria Dodd. The hotel is one of the oldest in the city, and maintains an elegant dining room with courteous service. Hotel patrons form the majority of the diners, but visitors are welcome as well.
