Easy to miss if you're not careful, the Smokehouse Diner is attached to a service station. It is casual dining personified and you can listen to the blues while eating good old-fashioned comfort food. They get very busy at lunchtime, so come early, if you can and note that they only accept cash—no credit cards of any kind. They serve breakfast, lunch and dinner, offering pancakes, waffles and omelettes as well as several different types of soups and sandwiches.
