The lavish décor of this restaurant matches that of the elegant hotel it belongs to. The staff is attentive and discreet, the tables elegantly decked, and the china exquisite, all-in-all the perfect venue for a romantic dinner for two. Covered in winter, the terrace gives diners a fantastic view of the La Croisette seafront. The menu changes twice a year, offering rustic cuisine that gives diners the opportunity to sample both regional and national dishes such as Foie Gras and Fillet of Sea Bass. It is quite popular with celebrities during the Film Festival.
