Bijou Plage is one of two private beaches between the Port Canto harbour and the Palm Beach disco. The Bijou beach offers a set menu (fish dishes) and sunbeds for both half a day and for the full day. A water-skiing instructor on this private beach will be happy to instruct you in the rudiments of this difficult sport. Sunbeds are EURO 7.32 per half day and EURO 10.67 per full day. A set menu at the fresh fish restaurant will set you back around EURO 20.58. The hotel has a pleasant atmosphere in which to soak up the sand, sea and sun. Located in the midst of a quaint little village called Mougins, this old-fashioned cafe remains shut from December 1-28. It is also not open on M, W and Sa afternoons and the patrons serve dinner only in July and August. The cusine is local and one of a kind, as the receipies have been passed on from generation to generation.
