Bijou Plage is one of two private beaches between the Port Canto harbour and the Palm Beach disco. Since 1920, this restaurant has been a hot favourite with locals and tourists. Here, freshness is guaranteed and you can eat in or take away. Try the house speciality of bourride de lotte Astoux - a heady concoction of monkfish, prawns and mussels in a thick garlic-mayonnaise sauce. Even though Cannes' beaches have no dunes (at least not any more), such is the name of the private beach resort situated near the Port Canto harbour.
