This is the only ladies-only health club in the city. If you are a member of the Lady in Leisure chain, you may use the facilities free of charge, otherwise there is a substantial joining fee and then a small monthly charge. It could be worth your while however, if you're going to be staying in Cardiff for six months or more. Facilities include an aerobics studio, gymnasium, toning beds, sunbeds and sauna and a relaxation lounge.
