Everything about Chef Gabino Sotelino's Ambria is a sophisticated act in amazing French food. Try the five-course petit degustation, or if you are willing to punch another hole on your belt, order the seven-course meal. For vegetarians, try the vegetarian version of petit degustation, as well. For good reason, Ambria is consistently ranked as one of the top restaurants in the city, especially if romance is on the agenda.
