The menu starts with 20 appetizers, which include such items as Shrimp and Banana Fritters and Thai Sushi (roasted seaweed filled with brown rice and vegetables). Next are the 11 different soups, ranging from the traditional Tom Kar to the more unusual Tofu Soup.
