Cinners is so anticipated that the owner, Tony Plum, won't even release the address until it opens. But there are still a few things we can be sure of. The chili parlor will be heavily influenced by Cincinnati, where the owner hails from, and it will be located somewhere in Lincoln Square. The interior is said to have a retro inspired décor a la Austin Powers and the food is rumored to be inspired and delicious. Keep your eyes open for Cinners and find out why chili just won't go away.
