If you did not know what you were getting into, you might be frightened of the low light and Screaming Mimi appearance of this Wicker Park drinking establishment. A no-frills Mexican dance joint filled with cowboys who seem to stare at you may not make it a great first stop when your inhibitions are high, but there is no cover and the crowd is friendly enough after the first couple beers.
