Both the ambience and the food keep Fornetto's rather packed. The menu, which is a mélange of Italian and Asian fare, offers nothing out of the ordinary but all dishes are made to perfection. The Cured Salmon Carpaccio, Barbecued Clams with Pork and Short-Rib Risotto are recommended. However, its thin-crust pizzas are the reason most guests return - these include the Italian Sausage Pizza and the Roman-style Gorgonzola Pizza with Yukon Gold Potatoes.
