For a change of pace when visiting the Windy City, you should try the Green Zebra. For excellent contemporary vegetarian cuisine that is not only healthful and tasty, the Green Zebra is tough to beat. Directed by Chef/Owner, Shawn McClain, Green Zebra's menu has something for just about any appetite. Enjoy the Slow Roasted Shitake Mushrooms or the Wild King Salmon. A nice desert, if you have room, is the White Chocolate Dreamsicle. This is a non-smoking establishment.
