Built by local teens and professional skaters in conjunction with architects, this is a sort of paradise for in-line skating enthusiasts. You will have to find your way down to Orland Park's Centennial Park, but the trip is worth the effort. There are 25,000 square feet of winding trails, concrete half-pipes and stairs for climbing, tricking on or merely rolling by. Admission is $3 daily for Orland Park residents, $4.50 for non-residents. Season passes are available for $30 (resident) and $45 (non-resident). Review © 2009, Wcities |
