This is a very serious manifestation of the sushi establishment, dressed with all the style and grace of old Japanese customs. Hatsuhana prides itself on freshness, and food is prepared with lightning speed, but be forewarned, high price tags accompany the food. If you are willing to shell out the cash, you will get a tremendous meal with some of the best sushi in town. These chefs definitely know what they are doing. Try the maguro (tuna) or hamachi (yellowtail), but stay away from the American hybrid dishes. You came here for sushi, right?
