If you guessed that this steak house was named for Jilly Rizzo, New York restaurateur and pal of Frank Sinatra, you would be right. Old Blue Eyes himself gave the owner his blessing to use Jilly's name, and reportedly said that Jilly's in Chicago was his favorite bistro. Live entertainment plays nightly as you dine on a variety of salads, steaks, pastas and chops. The service is friendly and prompt, and the atmosphere is, in a word, classy.
