Lan presents a fine melange of both the culture and cuisine of Vietnam. Simply yet elegantly doneup, the moon shaped window is a reminder of the significance of the moon in Vietnam. Its traditional cuisine and authentic flavors will leave you licking your lips. For starters, sample the Chili Poached Dumpling and complement it with Lobster Tea. Entrees include Lemongrass Scented Grilled Bass, Organic Coconut Chicken and Smoked Squab. The restaurant serves a few French delicacies too. Desserts like the Passion Fruit Raspberry Tart with milk chocolate sorbet and Blackberry Soufflé with vanilla bean ice cream aren't very Vietnamese, but make a great end to a meal.
