Originally, this 1886 building served as an Evangelical Lutheran Church. Today, it is a non-denominational evangelical congregation. During the years between, ownership of the church changed hands a few times. The Christ Church of Deliverance and the Moody Church both ran the congregation for a time. Compared to other gothic-style churches in Chicago, this one is a little small. However, its diminutive size adds to its charm. Review © 2009, Wcities |
