The Chicago installment of a sprawling, upscale seafood chain is located in the renovated Railroad Union Building. This is a very large restaurant so those in search of more intimate surroundings may want to request a private alcove. The menu offers an extensive selection - trout, swordfish, salmon, prawns - the works. If you feel particularly adventurous, try the Horseradish-encrusted shark.
