A local Hyde Park favorite that began in 1976 as a creperie, this friendly neighborhood joint offers great comfort food. You won't want to miss out on Ken's award-winning rotisserie chicken (named for the owner)—1.5 lbs of juicy, herb-crusted meat. You can watch it slow-roasting on a spit. Other specialties include the vegetarian chili, quiches, thick milk shakes and, of course, crepes. Easy on your pocket at under $10 a meal.
