Stepping into Moto you'll first notice the futuristic design of the main dining room where everything is bathed in neutral tones. It is against this minimalist slate that Chef Homaro Cantu serves his famous avant-garde cuisine. The menu is prix fixe, and guests can order a five, ten, or sixteen-course meal costing $70, $105, and $165, respectively. Designed to surprise and tantalize the taste buds, Cantu pushes the boundaries of cooking and even science. Your menu may turn out to be edible, or perhaps a course will be cooked with liquid nitrogen. You never know what surprises are in store at Moto, so be prepared for a culinary adventure.
