Come for the scene...and to be seen. If you did not already guess from the name, there are a lot of "beautiful people" here. And the lighting is the dim and seductive kind that casts romantic shadows across your face (and keeps the blemishes at bay). Narcisse goes out of its way to create an indulgently delicious ambiance. Gold mirrors, red velvet chairs, curving enclaves - you get the idea. But there is more to this place than looks. The champagne is great, and the caviar is beautiful.
